What a Pain in the Egg!!!
FAQs about Submissions
  • “What makes the art ‘bad’?”

It could be just about anything: the quality, the effort, the technique, the use of colors, the design of characters, the blatant thievery and tracing, the crack shipping, or how questionable the material might be.

  • “Can I submit a link?”

I would prefer you don’t send me the link to the art itself. I’d much rather you submit it. However, if you would like to show me a deviantart page to look through or a Sonic-related video or flash, be my guest!

  • “Can I submit my old stuff?”

Yes, we insist that you do!! The beauty of this blog is that even though we are viewing bad art for our enjoyment, we all know we were just as guilty at some point or another!

  • “Can you help me rate my art or fancharacter?”

I won’t do it often, but every once in a while I will rate or give my two cents on your art.

  • “Can we get your personal tumblr or deviantart?”

Ask me for it. I will not be posting it again for everyone to see because I’d rather not be harassed on my personal things if I hurt anyone’s feelings.

  • “I got some dramaaaa!! Can I share?”

By all means; as long as it concerns a Sonic fan, then do tell! I won’t post it too frequently, but if it’s good I will share it for all to see.

  • “OMG, THAT ART IS REALLY WELL DONE, WHY WOULD YOU POST THAT?”

Read the first bullet. Just because art is well done it doesn’t save it from being questionable. It could be terrible character design; it could be a mind-boggling fetish; we don’t really care if it’s the quality of a damn Matisse painting.

Let’s put it this way: A Dick-Shitting Nipples picture of Rouge is still a Dick-Shitting Nipples picture of Rouge if it’s well done. Great technique doesn’t excuse the wtfery a picture may bring.
